Nominations now open for 2017 Middlemount Open

You can nominate the following ways:

1. Click on the flyer to be directed to the Online Nomination Form and submit;
2. Phone Tony on 0438 383 766 with the required details;
3. Email Tony @ jacktony@bigpond.net.au; OR
4. Add your details to the nomination sheet on your Club’s Notice Board.

Please only choose ONE method of nominating for an Open Event to ensure that your details are only processed once.  We have received feedback from Open Event Organisers that players are nominating several ways and therefore it becomes confusing when the draw is being done.
